Immerse Yourself in Italian Paintings from the Old Masters

Ready to get out of the heat? How about stop by one of America’s finest collections of Italian paintings! The Bob Jones University Museum & Gallery is praised for its through presentation of the development of Western culture through paintings of the Old Masters. Works include major artists such as Rubens, van Dyck, Eni, Tintoretto, Le Brun, Cranach, Ribera, and much more.
Visitors are able to choose from a variety of guided tours available for adults, children and even business groups. Also included are many antiquities, furniture and decorative arts alongside the masterful paintings. For a visitor that prefers a self-paced tour, the audio guide is offered for information about many of the works in the gallery’s collection. With hours of operation being Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m., the visitor has plenty of time to stay and enjoy the stunning works of art. Staff recommends allowing at least an hour and a half for the tour.
