A native of St. Augustine, Florida, Kayley Winter began her real estate career in Virginia Beach where her husband was stationed at Little Creek Naval Base. In her first year in the industry, Kayley was recognized as a top producer in the region. By the end of her 3rd year, Kayley had risen to the top 5% of realtors in the Hampton Roads area. She attributes this rapid success to the individual attention and servitude with which she handles each transaction. When her husband Ben retired from the Navy, they relocated to Greenville to be closer to family. Today, Kayley is licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. Now permanently residing in downtown Greenville, Kayley specializes in The Cliffs at Mountain Park, The Cliffs Valley, and surrounding communities. Her experience in highly competitive markets has given her the negotiating and deal-making skills required to achieve continued success.
