I enjoy the properties and people that I get to represent. I thrive on challenges and take pride in negotiating for my clients and helping them make decisions. I have a lot of returning clients which is exciting and rewarding. I’m always on my toes or on the hunt for something in real estate!

As Justin Winter’s daughter, I’ve worked for the company since 2014. While attending Clemson University, I began as an intern and assisted as a client care representative and in the marketing department. I became a real estate agent and sales associate in July 2018.

Now I represent both buyer and seller clients. Having grown up in The Cliffs and The Reserve, I offer a unique perspective and first hand knowledge of what it means to live here. I’ve represented clients from the mid-lake region of Lake Keowee all the way to the Mountain Region of The Cliffs Communities. I’m also passionate about taking on “different” listings. As an avid lover of horses and animals, I love listing farms and equestrian properties. My experience ranges from commercial to dual purpose properties.

I graduated from Clemson University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Animal Science and a minor in Business. I’ve worked for Clemson University as a County Coordinator for Extension in Lexington County. There, I was in charge of Extension Agents that take the research from the University and distribute it in educational programs throughout the county. My focus was on Youth Development and I enjoyed advocating on political levels for Agriculture endeavors in our state.

I have lived on Lake Keowee since 2002 and feel very fortunate to now live in downtown Pickens just 5 minutes from my parents, my brother, and my sister-in-law Kayley, who is also a real estate agent with our firm. My family includes 3 dogs with human personalities, 2 cats, a ton of chickens and 1 quarter horse. I grew up wanting to do nothing but ride my horse, and competed nationally and internationally in Show jumping and 3-Day Eventing from 2005-2014. When I’m not working with luxury real estate clients, I enjoy being involved in city planning. I’m also a very active volunteer with youth in my hometown of Pickens.

You’re most likely to spot me out in town at a Clemson Football game! There’s nothing better than a sunny fall day in Death Valley watching the Tigers play. If you see me, please feel free to introduce yourself! I’m very outgoing and I would love to connect with you.

Our firm is really a “family” of experienced and very successful Real Estate professionals. We take pride in each other’s success and there’s always someone willing to answer a question, talk through a difficult deal, or jump in to help. Since we represent all of the communities around Lake Keowee, Justin’s motto remains, “Independent thinking, objective advice”, and I believe we all represent that saying.
