The annual Greenville Scottish Games are here once again! Held Saturday, May 26th at the ever beautiful Furman University campus, this event will delight your entire clan while celebrating the best of Scotland.
Gates open at 8:30am with the opening ceremony held at 9am on the main field. This is also when the Parade of Scottish Clans takes place! At 11am, the main field will host the Military Salute. But don’t think that is the extent if options for this festive day. All though the 26th you can hear a marvelous line-up of Celtic bands, and we do mean all day as bands are scheduled until as late as 9pm. There will be numerous demonstrations, not to mention the piping and drumming competitions. And for a clincher we may mention the all-day Border Collies!
